This notice explains how HiDay (a zanisystems.com product) handles personal information on this website, in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your number or email address and what you write, so that we can reply.
• Basic visit statistics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics from Cloudflare that count visits without setting cookies or following you around the web.

This website has no sign-up forms, does not set advertising cookies and does not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use your message to respond about HiDay and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not use it for anything unrelated.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards email sent to hi@hiday.co.za.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries WhatsApp messages.
• Email arrives in our company inbox.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to hi@hiday.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.

Children’s information in the HiDay product

When schools use HiDay, the school is the responsible party for the children’s information it captures and we act as its operator under a written agreement. That is covered in your school’s agreement, not on this website notice.
