Attendance and pick-ups: common questions
Do parents need to install an app for the QR pass?
No. The pass opens in the phone’s browser from the parent portal, and parents can add it to their home screen if they like.
Who can collect a child?
Only people on the child’s approved list, whose ID has been verified, or a one-time collector the parent adds that day.
What if a collector is not on the list?
They cannot collect until a parent approves them. Parents can add a one-time collector from their phone.
What does the roll-call show?
How many children are in the building now, class by class, and who is not in today with the reason, such as sick or a family day.
Is attendance part of Daily Reports?
Attendance, QR pick-up and incident reports are part of the Full Suite.
