Does HiDay make my school POPIA compliant?

Who can see a child’s information?
Teachers see the children in their own class. Managers and owners see what their role allows. Every view and change is logged.
How is photo consent handled?
Consent is recorded per child, and photos are only shared with parents of children who have consented.
Can we export a child’s record?
Yes. A child’s record can be exported when a parent asks for it.
