Can we record where enquiries come from?
Yes. Each enquiry records its source, such as WhatsApp, your website or a referral, so you can see what is working.
Do parents sign on paper?
No. They sign on their phone by drawing with a finger, and the signed form is kept on the child’s record.
Is consent recorded?
Yes. The form records consent for the child’s information under POPIA, and separate choices for photos shared with parents and photos on social media.
What about families who are already enrolled?
