A preschool holds some of the most sensitive information there is, so access is limited by role.
- Teachers see their own class, its allergies and who may collect
- Fees, family accounts and staff records stay with owners and managers
- Access is checked on the server, not just hidden on screen
- A log shows who viewed or changed what

Can we bring our children and parents in from a spreadsheet?
Yes. We load your children and parents from a spreadsheet as part of onboarding.
Where are consents kept?
On each child’s record, with the date. Photos are only shared with the parents of children whose consent has been recorded.
Do siblings need separate accounts?
No. Siblings share one family account, so a parent sees one balance and one login.
What can a teacher see about a child?
Their name, class, allergies, medical notes and approved collectors, for the classes they are assigned to. Fees and family finances are hidden.
Are child profiles part of Daily Reports?
Yes. Child and family profiles are included in Daily Reports.
